Group health plans can extend to cover employee spouses and children at an additional premium. Most employees value dependant cover highly.

Most Singapore insurers require a minimum of 5–10 employees. TRS can arrange cover for groups as small as 3 members with select carriers.

Employees can be added to the group policy mid-term. Premium is adjusted pro-rata and TRS handles the endorsement with the insurer.
